Bad Poster Research

An example of a Bad poster.
Here it is obvious that there is too many levels to the poster and too much going on for the audience to stop and take notice. The font does not meet what the movie is portraying, so we will be steering away from this font. Boring colours are used and the main image doesn't really captivate the audience. As a group we will make sure our poster is nothing like this one

A Detective poster - Research Task

An example of a simple poster
Here we have a poster that only has three layers to it; the text, the picture and the background. It is simple and effective. It contains a very simple and efficent colour palette and the font of the writing is suitable for the movie it is promoting. We will be trying something like this in our poster.

Production Photos

Suspect - A Murder Mystery Cast

Production days 2 & 3

'I didn't bring my suit...'
We filmed the scene with the town Drunk Peter O'Finnigan at a bus shelter. We got alot done as well as our flashback scene which will be transported into a balck and white shot. A very exciting day but yet again I managed to laugh in almost every scene.

Polo and Tie nice...
Production Day 3 -
We had Alison Davies pull out due to work commitments so we had to change the script and write out Sarah Cole's character which caused a few problems but nothing Team Take 1 productions couldn't deal with :)
We encountered many problems on our BIG DAY of filming especially the problem that I could not stop laughing all day in total i laughed on screen for over 4 minutes (video to follow). Andrew Humphreys playing Bruno MArley forgot to bring his suit so we inprovised using my detectives coat and a tie and just shotting above waist height when filming him. It was an amazing day and we got some great shots. Matt Lema was caught saying 'You do know what we are doign is breaking the law' which was very funny! Osaama Zaheer must have said the line 'We know you killed Mr O'Reiley!' about 100 times!!! But clearly the funniest moment of the day was when Andrew Chappell was caught dancing off screen to Usher OMG!!! again video to follow!

We have had s great 3 days and also some great shots, this week we are going to edit and Matt Lema is going to do the sound so hopefully first draft will be handed in by this time next week then we can assess which shots we need to retake as well as start our bloopers reel!
